A fun little exercise I wanted to share with the world 

ONE-BIT-INVADERS 

is a retro-arcade shooter that brings the golden age of gaming to modern web browsers with a sleek, minimalist 1-bit aesthetic. Players must defend earth from relentless waves of descending alien invaders by dodging enemy lasers and firing back. Features include destructible defensive bunkers, mystery UFOs for bonus points, dynamic color themes, and an escalating difficulty curve that speeds up the classic alien marching tempo.

How to Play

Desktop Controls: 

• Move Left: Left Arrow or A 
• Move Right: Right Arrow or D 
• Shoot: Spacebar, Up Arrow, or W 
• Pause Game: P 

Mobile / Touch Controls: 

• Move: Use the on-screen ◀ and ▶ buttons in the bottom corners. 
• Shoot: Tap the on-screen [ O ] button in the bottom center.
